”Virtu“ large-format printer

The ”Virtu“ large-format printer can be used to print almost anything: sheet metal, foils, textiles, wood, glass, and, of course, also paper in widths up 3,5 metres. To do this, a print head moves at a speed of up to 3 metres per second over the medium to be printed. Since even the slightest vibration would affect the printed image, an energy supply system that runs as smoothly as possible had to be found. Here the decision went to the low-vibration and extremely quiet igus® E6 e-chain®.
